Terms of Service

1. Who we are

BexE ("BexE", "we", "us") operates the exam-prep platform available at bexedu.org and related subdomains (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use BexE. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and accepted these Terms on your behalf. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions, trials & billing

Access to BexE requires a paid subscription. Plans are billed monthly ($65/month) or yearly (about $50/month, billed $600 annually). New subscribers may be offered a 7-day free trial; a valid payment method is required to start the trial, and you will be charged automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price. You may cancel at any time from your profile; cancellation stops future renewals but does not shorten the current billing period. All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd., which acts as the merchant of record and reseller of BexE subscriptions.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) share your account or subscription with people outside your household; (b) scrape, resell, or redistribute BexE content, questions, or AI-generated material; (c) upload content that is illegal, infringing, or violates another person's privacy; (d) attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or the paywall; (e) use the Service to cheat on a live, proctored, or graded exam.

5. User content

You retain ownership of PDFs, notes, flashcards, and other content you upload. You grant BexE a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to store and process that content solely to provide the Service to you (for example, to generate flashcards or study notes). We do not sell your uploaded content.

6. AI-generated content

BexE uses third-party AI models to generate practice questions, flashcards, and study notes. AI output can be inaccurate. BexE is a study aid, not an authoritative source. You are responsible for verifying anything you rely on for a real exam.

7. Teachers & classrooms

Teacher accounts may create classrooms, invite students, and assign work. Teachers are responsible for obtaining any consent required under their school or local law before inviting minors, and for the content of assignments they create.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that create risk for other users or for BexE. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. BexE does not guarantee any particular exam result, admission outcome, or score improvement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BexE's total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid to BexE in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you in-product or by email before they take effect.
